SECTION 6 – DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Unless otherwise stated, we will deliver all goods within 30 calendar days of accepting your order, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

If delivery cannot be made within this timeframe, you will be notified and may cancel your order for a full refund.

SECTION 7 – CANCELLATION RIGHTS (UK CONSUMERS)

If you are a consumer based in the UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within this timeframe. You will then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

If required pre-contractual information is not provided, the cancellation period may be extended by up to 12 months. Returned goods must be in their original condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

SECTION 8 – BILLING AND ACCOUNT ACCURACY

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel orders per customer, household, or payment method.
